Islamic Economics Unit of the Islamic Foundation is the global facilitator of independent research and have a wealth of experience in the field of Islamic economics. It carries out research covering various areas of Islamic banking and finance. It also undertakes research projects and engages in constructive dialogue with the academic and financial institutions we research to ensure we have the most up to date and accurate information available.
The Islamic Economics Unit also provides academic help to those people engaged in research in various aspects of Islamic Economics, Banking and Finance. The Unit continuously follows to add new publications and to acquire study materials for the Islamic Foundation/MIHE library. In addition, the Unit provides advice to the community in areas related to Islamic finance such as Islamically acceptable mortgage and investment issues.
