Right Reverend Alastair Redfern, Bishop of Derby visited the Foundation on 27 April 2010. The Bishop said that he had worked closely with Dr Manazir Ahsan through his involvement in the Multi-Faith Centre based at the University of Derby. He was impressed by the range of work being done by the Foundation in training and research especially in areas related to interfaith relations. The Bishop was keen to explore areas of mutual benefit and cooperation between the Foundation and the Church, and made invaluable suggestions how to take this forward.
